1. How can I register in the program?
To participate in the program, you must fill out and sign the participation declaration in the JTW-CLUB loyalty program. By contacting your sales representative, you can expedite this process significantly.
2. Where can I find the participation declaration in the program?
You can download it by clicking here, or you can find it at the bottom of this page in the blue-highlighted program terms tab.
3. What should I do after filling out the declaration?
After completing it, send it as a registered letter to the Organizer's address: JTW System Jarosław Teper Spółka Komandytowa, ul. Tadeusza Boya- Żeleńskiego 8, 35-105, Rzeszów, with the note "JTW-CLUB".
4. When will I receive points?
Points are automatically added to your account 15 days after the order is placed, provided that we have confirmed the delivery to you and you have not requested a return. In that case, the awarded points are ready to be used.
5. Where can I check my points balance?
Your accumulated points are automatically recorded in your account on our online store. You can check them on your account by clicking on the icon 
in the upper right corner of the page.
6. What can I do with the points?
Once you have accumulated a sufficient number of points, you can redeem them for benefits on your next purchase.
7. Where can I find the rewards catalog?
You can find the rewards catalog by clicking here, or it will appear in the footer of the page after logging in to the account participating in the JTW-CLUB program.
8. I've already chosen my reward. How can I claim it?
You can claim the reward by adding it to your cart from the rewards catalog.
9. When will I receive my reward?
The courier will deliver your chosen reward within 30 days from the date of confirming your reward order.
